1st thing plz post ur qts in seperate thread as its a differnt qts.
2nd on top of every page on the left most corner there us "user CP"
click on that and then new page will open. on left site there is list of things u can do. 1st section is "settings & options" under which u will find " edit Avatar" click on that and then simply follow the instructions and u can post an avatar. if u wana make a brand new avatar for u a beginners tutorial can be found here

photshop is the program to make signature mostly, there are pgotoshop tutorials in the tutorial section.

2nd thing ur qts title is making banners for PC and then ur qts is asking something else alltogether. Plz ask qts clearly and to the point. both ur qts can be answered in tutorial section under photoshop so plz check b4 asking and make ur qts clear and to the point.
