Am i right in thinking its a psp game? If it is you might want to look for an application called devhook, not really my area though, but I'm sure theres someone here that may be able to help you. It might be an idea to edit your post and add a bit more info, What platform is the game for? etc...

According to the link title the game is for PS3, if your trying to play on a pc then im afraid your out of luck.

1st of all i read ur comments in the game thread. If u cant understand the format when it clearly states it is a PS3 game then fault is urs not of the poster. Frankly speaking i dun like ur attitude.

second b4 u posted for help u should have read the rule of posting and did a search of help section, where u would have found this thread as u can see there r emulators for PS2 that wuld have given u an idea

Yeah, either get a TV tuner card for you PC or an HDMI to DVI converter cable a just connect directly to your pc monitor.

as it stands im unable to find anywhere any help on playing ps3 games on pc using emulators or anything else
