actually i uninstalled avast antivirus from my computer but becoz of few reasons i have to restore it. so there is shortcut of avast antivirus in qucik launch menu and every time i start my computer it shows me updating for avast and than some message. so i wanna know how i can delete.will this link work.http://www.lovelypk.com/tutorials/20...t-deleted.html
ya i tried that it says i have to uninstall it in control panel and i can not see it over there.
so you mean to say you cant delete the avast folder...cuz if you can find it in search menu you should be able to delete it....or inside the folder there should be setup for uninstalling

it has been already deleted man when i uninstall it before restoring it.thats why i am facing this problem.
