for second problem..i am not sure.....if its giving you the two options...then cant you click on manual and then chose controls...i am really not srue...will have to ask sammer about that...

and also plz dont repeat your qts again and again...

To uninstall Windows Live OneCare:

Click Start, then click Control Panel.
Under Pick a category, click Add or Remove Programs.
Under Pick a task, click Remove a Program.
In the Currently installed programs list, click Windows Live OneCare, and then click Remove.

If Windows Live OneCare does not uninstall as expected, download the Windows Live OneCare cleanuo utility - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=828910&SiteID=2 and follow the program instructions to completely uninstall.

Note
You will be prompted to restart your computer. You must restart your computer in order to completely uninstall Windows Live OneCare.

with windows live one care clean up tool am able to remove the entire program.
