I would use the clone tool then smooth everything out. Depending how good you want it to be depends how long its going to take you.
To give you an idea this one took about 15 mins and hasnt been smoothed, the face will be the hard part, as the shades vary alot. The hairdryer looks hard but if you use the clone stamp correctly it should look ok.
If you want it to look good you will obviously have to use a smaller clone stamp than i have because on the large version the clone is very clear, but you get better results the longer you work on it.
