How to retrive forgotten passwd for the forum?

I AM IN A BIG PROBLEM. THE PROBLEM IS THAT I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD FOR MY OLD ACCOUNT IN THE NAME OF jwalit. I TRIED ALL POSSIBLE WAYS TO GET IN BACK ALSO CLICKED THE "FORGOT PASSWORD" CAPTION BUT WAS UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND HENCE LANDED UP UNSUCCESSFUL. SO THEREFORE IN THE END I LANDED UP MAKING UP A NEW ACCOUNT. I DONT WANT TO LOOSE MY PREVIOUS ACCOUNT INFORMATION...AS I HAVE POSTED SEVERAL ITEMS AND ALSO CREATED MANY THREADS. SO CAN "ADMIN" OR "CYBORG" OR ANYONE ELSE HELP ME TO REGAIN MY PASSWORD. THANK YOU VERY MUCH IN ADVANCE.

all u have to do is to type ur user name and leave the passwd area blank hit enter it will tell u passwd dun match and then u will see in Forgot passwd? Click here"
just click there n type ur e-mail address that u used to register that nick and passwd will be send to u. Plz ensure u check ur junk mail too as most e-mails services treat forums as junk
