formatt ur hard disk will sort out the problem even sometimes performig pc recovery will also do this . but i recommend u to format the ahrd disk . if somehow it didnt work try to format the hard drive manually . there is a small button for manual format just press it for like 10 sec and reinstall the windows
I would suggest to trust the first one most as its from microsoft itself. Then probably the second option in the video and last the 3rd option in the article above. Hope one of them works. I havn't tried anything myself so I am not sure which one works and which one doesn't but try at your own risk. Or else if anyone else has experienced similar problem then he might be able to help more. Anyways keep posted if one of the method works for you.

winhttp.dll Errors are caused in one way or another by misconfigured system files.
So, If you got winhttp.dll error then there is a 94% chance that your computer has registry problems.
To Fix the problem you need to follow the steps below: Step 1 - download and install RegCure Registry Scan for FREE. NOTE: If the download link doesn't work you may need to Download it Directly from Regcure Site Here.
Step 2 - Click the Scan Button.
Step 3 - then click the Fix Button and your done!

Unzip the downloaded file into your system32 folder incase you are using XP.
