Video editor?

hi, i m looking for a good video editor, i have ulead but it takes too long and dont have all which i want,

so plz let me know if any one here knows good video editing software, in which i can put watermarks, split, and it gives almost all formats..

if not then atleast a good spliter..

its personal choice thing, u can use window movie maker or cyberdvd maker posted in pc section. Also this goes in request sections moved

I still think ulead is the best gives u lot of options . i recommend u ULEAD its simply best .
